I'm looking to increase my salary and take a position more in line with my goals of where I want to take my career - I would prefer to take on a position that is less sales intensive and one that focuses on project management for clients, or one that focuses on implementation or solutions architecting.
In order for a job switch to be worth my while, I would need to make at least $65K, and ideally around $70K. I have been a consistent top performer at work and my experience as a support engineer on a complicated software platform has given me valuable troubleshooting and escalation tool management skills. I use these daily in managing customer accounts and understanding technical needs of customers.
I would be offering $1000 to the person who can make a new job at that salary happen. Thanks!
