Indianapolis, IN: I am seeking a flexible full-time Design/Project Management position that allows work from home at least 2 days a week in the Indianapolis, IN area. I will pay $200 to secure a position that pays a salary of $40,000 ($20/hr), $400 for a position with $50,000 ($25/hr) salary, and $1,000 for a position with a salary of $60,000 ($30/hr) or above.

I am a creative professional with over five years of design, marketing, advertising and project management experience. My ideal position will allow me to work in an entrepreneurial way, without constant hand-holding and micro-managing from supervisors.
Working Style:
I would prefer to find a working environment similar to one I had a year ago that I believe is as close to perfect as it gets. After getting a feel for the work and catching up on a backlog of projects when I began the job, I was able to have a flexible starting time and work from home 1-3 times a week. I found I was able to get three times as much work completed when working from a home office, because I was able to avoid the usual office chit-chat and barrage of unnecessary meetings.
Because of that experience, I prefer working from home as much as possible, but I do enjoy interacting with people in meetings and social events when it's called for.
I enjoy positions that challenge me to learn more and pursue continuing education. I have slowly worked my way from print design, to print and multimedia design, and now print/multimedia project management. I would be happy with a position that combines design, marketing and creative direction.
My main goal is to once more work for company that has a progressive spirit that I can be proud of and grow with.
