Have performed many business roles & functions from director, project manager, senior consultant to lead researcher dealing with real estate finance & operations, business processes, change management, information systems, and investment syndicates & other financial, asset & legal related entities. Founded numerous companies including successful IT consulting companies that employed both domestic and foreign nationals grossing over $18 million in revenues. In addition, have extensive finance, accounting, business & full cycle real estate experience in acquisitions, management & dispositions of personal, corporate and partnership real estate investments located globally. High-level proficiency with most business related software & tools including office suites, business plan, accounting systems, multi-media, etc. Completely fluent in Spanish. Dual citizenship: United States & Chile.
