Highly qualified (undergraduate degree, MBA in prog, PMP certification, Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL v3, veteran) Quality and Process Excellence Leader has over a decade focused exclusively on improving business processes for two Fortune 100 top-tier defense organizations.
