2) How Does JobPrize Work?
A) JobPrize works on two levels. First, job seekers register with JobPrize, Post a Profile, and list how much they are willing to pay for someone to refer them to and find them a job. you only pay a prize to the Prize Hunter if you get the job. If you do not get the job, you will not need to pay a prize.

For Prize Hunters, you can get paid to refer one of our job seekers to an open position within your company. As a Prize Hunter, you must register in order to search job seekers profiles. After you find a profile that is a match to an opening in your company, you can contact the job seeker and get their resume. You then should refer them to the job using your companies online job referral tool, or submit their resume to the hiring manager. If they get the job, you get the prize.

3) Is JobPrize Safe To Use?
A) Yes, JobPrize is safe to use. For Job Seekers: Your profile can only be reviewed by registered Prize Hunters. Also, Prize Hunters cannot review your resume unless you unlock the resume for them to review. They will not have access to any information on your resume without your consent.

4) How Do I Get Paid?
A) Prize Hunters get paid through one of two ways. First, the prize hunter can choose to take the referral fee from their company. Many companies today offer referral fees to current employees that refer in top talent. That can range anywhere from $100 - $10,000 depending on the company. If you do not want to take this route, the Job Seeker will offer a prize for you to refer them to and help them find a job. It is safe to use. Once an interview is scheduled, the prize seeker will add money to an escrow account administered by JobPrize.com. If the prize seeker gets the job, they will release the escrow to your account within JobPrize.

5) How Much Should I Choose To Pay A Prize Hunter To Get Me The Job?
A) As a Job Seeker, your prize amount is entirely up to you. It depends on the job you are seeking, salary you are requesting, etc. You can choose to pay someone $50 or $5000. Prize Hunters will choose to help you based on their connections in an industry, and your prize amount. So be wise and fair. Remember, they are helping you to secure the job of your dreams.
